HTC came to PMG with help creating and launching a comprehensive partnership program, to enable premier dealers to drive more sales of HTC devices—with simple, fast and effective marketing tools, advertising funds, and media buying support.
Our team concepted and executed a product launch strategy to increase interest and sales for the product at AT&T. From the production of device launch and VIP kits, to a training roadshow including event signage, collateral, training material, interactive displays and a 6-minute training video—our team handled it all.
In addition, we developed a comprehensive standard set of processes and tools for launching products with carriers and retailers, creating new efficiencies and streamlining communications. This new process became the standard operating procedure for launching products.

Partner Self-Service Portal
Our team developed a self-service portal as the hub of the new partnership program, allowing partners to customize pre-designed sales and marketing materials, place and deliver orders for approved assets, and engage the assistance of HTC’s media placement team.
Concepted, designed and produced a live launch kit leveraging NFC technology to experientially introduce retail reps to the key selling points of the device.
Video & Photography Production
Developed and produced an award winning video highlighting HTC’s primary competitive differentiator, HTC Sense. Product photography for a special edition of the HTC One device.
Retail Incentive Program
Created and managed a retail incentive program featuring an online game designed to drive device sales for HTC’s first phone at Metro PCS.
Generated retail buzz and excitement for HTC’s first franchise phone, HTC One, through a cross channel retail teaser campaign.
Training Strategy & Program
Strategized and produced cross-channel portable event kits to streamline training implementation costs, allowing HTC to train more reps in comparison to agency-led trainings.
